I purchased two watches online from swiss-wrist.com aka "swiss wrist" after talking to a reasuring, "slick" salesman from Swiss-Wrist. One watch was supposed to be an authentic Rolex Submariner, which turned out to be a well made FAKE!! The Rolex jeweler I took it to showed me that all - not some - but ALL of the parts of the watch were made in some Japanese factory and the farthest thing from a real Rolex!!!!! This made me furious and I raced with my wifes watch to a CHanel watch dealer who told me and showed me - guess what - another good fake!!!! So I paid in excess of $12,000 for two watches that have a street value of $200 total!!!!

The company will not address my concerns and has yelled at me and my wife and been incredibly rude. They talked us into sending them the money and they won't send it back!! Whatever you do, do not buy a watch from Swiss-wrist aka http://www.swiss-wrist.com. I was told Swiss Wrist had been in business for many many years (which turns out to be UNTRUE - They are a brand new fly by night website with a bunch of stolen photos! check with the BBB or any other source) I can't believe they have ripped me off like this so I hope no one else becomes a victim of this company! Stay away at all costs, there are plenty of other companies online that are reputable and you can find them, there is absolutely no need to do business with these scam artists. Swiss Wrist - Good Product & Service

To all concerned about the negative report on Swiss Wrist,

I had much anxiety about making an expensive purchase through the internet. I did my home work (checked with the BBB, reviewed & contacted Swiss Wrist's satisfied customers, etc.). I made the purchase & immediately took the watch to my local watch maker/Rolex repairman. All was in order & I was very pleased with my Rolex. Since then I have purchased a second Rolex form Swiss Wrist & I plan to buy another one in the near future. In addition, I have sent two of my Rolex watches (not purchased from Swiss Wrist, I collect Rolex & Tag Heuer) for service. The service was exactly in order & the turn around was less than 5 business days.
Due to my  experience I feel the negative report posted is not true & very unfair to this hard working company.

I Know This Company - The REPORT is Phony

Hello,

My name is Steven Moseley, I am President and Owner of Transio, LLC, a Florida LLC (www.transio.com for reference), having our primary offices at 168 SE 1st Street, Suite 1202, Miami, FL 33131.

Swiss Wrist is a client of mine. Their offices are in the same building as my business. I know the owners of the company personally and professionally - they are clients of mine.

This report is completely falsified. I know first-hand from my dealings with Swiss Wrist that they are genuine, on-the-level sellers of Rolex watches. You can find countless positive feedback from their real customers simply by doing a Google search of them. Furthermore, if you research their Google Seller Rating, you'll see they have a spotless record:

http://www.google.com/products/reviews?fq=rolex+179173&cid=fc093bb67528b429&sort=1&cat=merchants

FINALLY, my analysis of the report. If you read the above report, you'll notice incongruous remarks. The person filing the report claims to be a husband, but it's signed Donna J. Also, do a search on "Rolex Watches" on this website and you'll find numerous similar fake reports being filed. Some are exact duplicates of each other!

I should add that after this report was filed, my client was contacted by the individual, and they have captured that individual's IP address and location through their contact management software, and are pursuing an investigation with the Attorney General and the FBI, as they believe they and other watch retailers like them are being targeted for extortion via this website.

Since the owner of this website shows no intention of helping good companies maintain their reputations (only to destroy the reputations of ANY companies that people wish to attack for ANY reason, lawful or not), the only action I can take to help them, as their web service provider, is to provide this rebuttal on their behalf.

I hope that anyone finding this page in a search for my client does the proper due diligence to learn that they are truly a trustworthy company, and that the claim in this report is completely fabricated.

Feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions about my rebuttal. My contact information is on my website, Transio.com.

Regards,

Steven Moseley

CONTACT CHANEL AND CONTACT ROLLEX AND TELL THEM THAT THESE PEOPLE SOLD YOU FAKES AND GIVE THEM ALL THE CONTACT INFORMATION YOU HAVE ABOUT THEM.

CONTACT THE COMPANIES DIRECTLY -- OR CALL THEM OR E-MAIL THEM AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET IN TOUCH WITH THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT.

THEY USED TO GO AFTER COUNTERFEITERS WITH A VENGEANCE!

BE SURE THAT YOU FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC.

I AM NOT SURE HOW MUCH GOOD IT WOULD DO TO FILE A CIVIL ACTION AGAINST THEM WITH A LOCAL ATTORNEY IN A LOCAL COURT. I DOUBT THESE PEOPLE ARE EVEN IN THE UNITED STATES....

WHY DO PEOPLE KEEP BUYING THINGS THAT LOOK LIKE SUCH A GOOD DEAL ON THE INTERNET FROM PEOPLE THEY DO NOT KNOW????????????

I AM SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS!

WHY would you spend that much money ONLINE with a company you don't know, and purchasing something sight unseen ????? You were just asking for trouble. Those scammers certainly saw you coming.
