I purchased a watch from these clowns. They promised the watches would be top quality with Swiss movement. They advertize a 1 year guarantee. I received the watch and it never worked correctly. I sent it back two months ago. I have not received a repaired watch or a new watch. I call their number and she says there is nothing she can do. The cahrge on my card was to a mercahnt in Russia and I can not get credit. THESE PEOPLE ARE A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ANY OF THESE WEBSITES!!!!!YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

1. LMAO! There is NO such law whatsover. This statement on their website is utter garbage. Many websites that engage in illegal activities proclaim this statement to deter anyone from filing legal action against them. UTTER RUBISH!!!
2. It is ILLEGAL to import bogus or conterfeit items into the U.S. This includes these "Rolex" watches that they sell under the guise of "Rolex 2008 Replicas." These items are illegal in the US. It is illegal to import and/or sell them!
3. The OP, Dr. Charles (snicker) is violating US Customs regulations and various trademark laws and import regulations by ordering and accepting these items.
You have little to know recourse to recoup your monies. However, here's some things you could try to thwart their illegal operation and perhaps get your money back thru your credit card company.
A. Contact the Royal Canadian Mounted Police; they have a website and a link for reporting internet crime. The appear to be hosted through (whois database):

C. Call your credit card company and beg ignorance of the law and fraud in an attempt to get your money back. You could claim that after you received the item, realized it was a fraud, you returned it to them. Hey, it's worth a shot, right?
Keep in mind that any site that does not tell you a real postal mailing address or a varifiable telephone number is probably a scam or otherwise not on the up and up-there's a REASON websites such as these do not want you to know what legal jurisdiction they fall under.
Also, stop ordering conterfeit goods!!! How would you like it if you had a product that you designed, developed, manufactured and marketed and some clown started making and selling conterfeits???
