I finally received my "free" trial of the product on 5/4/2009, but SWM labratories had already charged my credit card on 4/5, 4/19, and 5/5/2009. I have yet to have a 15 day "free" trial and I want my money back! SWM tells me I have broken the terms and conditions by not calling them to say I had not received the product in 3-5 business days form the original order. I recieved it 5/4 and have not had it for 15 days yet.....
