Swm/nubodi, Fulfillment, Inc. Sham, Scam Company. $87.31 for pills not worth $20. Las Vegas Nevada
Ordered Colon Cure on internet, was to pay $3.99 for s & h only. Printed order confirmation that stated product would be shipped within 24 hours. Also stated if I had questions to call their Toll-free tel #. Company charged my bank card the same day (1/10/2008). On 1/24/2008, my bank card charged $87.31. Called my bank, they gave me company name of SWM/Nubodi and tel # 801-208-7485 (same number on confirmation, it is NOT toll-free). On 1/25/2008, I received bottle of pills that are composed of ingredients I can purchase in a supermarket for less than $20. In the pkg was a xeroxed sheet of paper with no return address. It stated that by ordering I'd agreed to try product for a free 14-day trial period. That unless I cancelled during the trial period, they would "assume" I was happy with product and would continue to send and charge me $87.31 every 45 days. I have called the non-toll-free # since I discovered the fraud and have not been able to get through.
I can't believe that this company is being allowed to rip people off this way! But I will continue to try to get through to cancel this atrocity. I hope they can be stopped and put out of business.

Your efforts to report them is good; however it will not stop them. Your credit card in their hands is their license to steal and that is exactly what they are doing. That product is worth not 20.00 but about 50 cents. The only way to stop them is to cancel your credit card otherwise they will continue to charge it. They know full well that you will not want their junk product this is the reason they make it impossible to cancel it. Cancel it now, otherwise another charge is just around the corner.

Got home yesterday (1/28/2008). Another pkg of the Colon cure pills in my mailbox. Remember the slip of paper in the pkg I received on 1/25 said they'd continue to send "every 45 days". These are some low-life liars. Attempts to reach them at their NON-toll-free number have been fruitless. I am filing complaints with the BBB i8n Las Vegas & the regulating authority in Nevada.
