Complaint Review: SWM Trivixel

I ordered a wrinkle cream Trivixel from an add I heard on the radio. I was when I called to order. It was a free 2 week trial and if after trying the product I was not happy with it I could return it and not be charged. I was told I needed to contact them on the 13th day if returning and I would be given instructions as to how to return. I asked did the two weeks start upon receipt of the product or order of the product. I was told upon receipt. When I received the product I marked on my calendar. I was not happy - called and the 13th day - was told I had already been charged. My credit card reflected I was charged less than a week after ordering much less receiving. I was told they would have to listen to phone conversation and would let me know. I was then told I could return the product and I would my card would be credited. This was all over a month ago. I mailed the prodcut back - luckly got a tracking number on it - called they said they would issue a credit would take 7 to 14 days. As I said over a month ago. I called today and was spoken to very ruddly by a man named Arron who said he was the supervisor there. I asked to speak to someone different and was told there was no one else to speak to. He said the coporate headquarters was determing if I should get credit. I tried to explain I had already been told I would get credit and it had already been verified they had recieved the product back. He told me to listen very carefully to what he was saying - in other words he would not answer my question. He then hung up on me.
