Complaint Review: Sword Construction

This company Contact me For work   I agree to allow two of my journey man work to do the assignment  Marty Spears ask for Journey men or Carpenters those are skilled Men . With Tools .  I was told the job was for a Board up for the hurricane . They were told to bring a Hammer A drill  a saw to cut the boards to put up . When they arrive they had to carry a pallet of boards as labors . then they where told to build  20 ft walls . Demolish front of the partial of the store of bath and beyond  Drill batteries gave out they where told by Alex not to leave use his spare battery to his drill .   My Guys report back to me after working night day putting up walls and chipping concrete  This kind of work is contractor at a rate of 3500.00 for this kind of job  board ups could be by the hour at a rate of $20.00 per board and a hourly rate of 35.00 for skilled craftsmen carpenters . then i called marty Spears requesting pay she refuse to give me pay for the service  putting up walls and chipping out concrete is $3500.00 NO EXCEPTION . she refuse to pay me then she said she will pay my guys  only 21.00 per hour and for the second Jouneyman she will only pay him 18.00 per hour all this come about after they lied to us to get the service completed . and they refuse to give pay if i donot give them my contractor License and insurance information and workers Comp  this company is using subcontractor and people to do the work under false pretense then the will not pay for the service of skilled level . this is a false pretense company
