I made the mistake of signing up for the Fast Commissions package. I didn't research it thoroughly enough and thought it was the product of someone I knew to be reputable - it wasn't. I cancelled a couple of hours later and received the customary auto-generated emails. And I waited. Nothing happened so I contacted my bank to file a dispute. I figured that would work. Wrong again. They refused to pay the claim. I found the contact information for SWReg and called their customer service. They couldn't do anything for me and gave me an email address and said that was the only way I could communicate with the appropriate department.

So I sent emails explaining the situation and requesting a refund. I requested a copy of the claim denial and then received an email from SWReg saying they couldn't refund my money because the claim from the bank was still open. I explained that Chase Bank had closed the claim and they said they needed 3 business days and they would give me an update. Well I didn't get that update when they said so I wrote again and received basically the same email saying they couldn't refund my money because there was an open claim. Now in all fairness, the biggest problem with this company is no one seems to know what they are doing or how to get things done in a timely manner and they don't communicate unless you threaten legal action.

At this point I called Chase Bank who had told me that my only recourse was to consult an attorney - bad Chase Bank - shame on you! They didn't tell me they would resubmit the claim, so imagine my surprise when after 45 minutes they come back and say they had resubmitted the claim and they had received the money - but it wasn't in my account. Apparently due to some back office stuff they hadn't posted it to my account.

Please note that SWReg didn't say they had paid the claim - only that they couldn't refund my money because the claim was still open. They didn't see anything about the claim being paid already.

Chase said they would get the money posted to my account today. We'll see. In the past they have been much better than this at getting issues resolved and letting me know what is going on. It has taken 63 days so far to get something resolved that should have taken 10 days max.
