Sydney Rejniak Barakat (Kathleen Rita Rejniaks daughter) is now posting false claims about myself.  I will gladly take to the Internet to set the record straight.  Any defamatory comments will be litigated at a future date to my choosing along with her mother who continually stalks and harasses myself, my family and my businesses.   Sydney Barakat thinks she is going to malign me online without repercussions, this was brought to my attention and this what she posted, (and it gained 4 whole likes!!  that's got to be a record) an ultimatum:

If you’re “friends,” with either of these two specimen, I’m just letting you know you can choose between me or them. 
I still remember 20 years ago when these two cowards came to mine and my moms apartment, pounding on her door and calling her every name in the book. Making threats and telling her to come outside, before giving up and dumping trash on our porch. I was only 3 years old and still remember it very, very vividly.

Go figure that when we arrived back from our trip earlier this week, we’d arrive home to hate mail (in snail mail form) from Brian after 0 contact for years. The weasel has our address, and I’m uncomfortable with that. So we had a nice discussion with the OC Sheriff.

Gotta document this stuff, ya know? 

He’s also spewed vile stuff about our relatives, both the living and deceased. And I HATE to put drama out on the internet. But I want this out here, because stalking and harassment aren’t things I take lightly. 
So, to make a long story short: stay friends with me or stay friends with them, and if you say you don’t pick sides and it doesn’t matter either way—well I can tell you all the reasons in a private conversation as to why I’ll no longer consider you family.
 
"I’m just letting you know you can choose between me or them. " I wont be your friend if you don't listen to me, LOL  you, like your mother are a JOKE

I was only 3 years old and still remember it very, very vividly."  quite the amazing memory, and  you're so full of it too!  Why not tell the reason I came to your mother's door when she was too cowardly to open and said "I'm calling the police".  To which I replied please do I will be waiting.  I waited, she never did.  There were no threats made, she was asked and told to stop calling me and leave me alone!  You see your mother called my apartment and my business lines dozens of times incessantly until I ordered caller ID.  She would call and hang up.  In addition she used to drive by my place when I lived in Brea regularly, though I had no contact and no relationship nor have I EVER wanted anything to do with her, she is the epitome of white trash, one of the most vile evil people I have ever encountered.   This is her motus operandi to harass others.  I'm sure she likes to spin the story as though she was just minding her own business going about her life and did nothing to provoke such behavior
 
Speaking of cowards, I see your mother and her 15 year old Honda at McDonalds often for breakfast.  Can you please donate to her fund so she doesn't have to drive with that spare tire!!

So we had a nice discussion with the OC Sheriff.  Gotta document this stuff, ya know?"  Please post the "hate mail" you reference.  Also be sure to  include facts like your uneducated inarticulate mother who types a whopping 30 words per minute (according to her online resume where she has voluminous typos and misspelled the name of the jr college she took a few courses) who has been falsely posting about myself because she's a paranoid welfare chiseler with a plethora of free time to stalk my online businesses. This will be real easy to prove by subpoenaing her internet activity and Internet stalking, which is a crime in itself.  She "likes" fake false reviews which are one star of people whom we have terminated service, cut ties, liened, sued and won, have judgments against etc.  But of course the other >600 5 star reviews get no likes whatsoever.  With her plethora of problems in life you'd think she would have something better to do then think about me all the time.    Being on welfare I know she cannot fathom what it takes to start and grow more than one multi million dollar business.

I've had your address for >2 years since you were kicked out of Barbara Kerrs house in Fullerton.  SInce your mother has >20 years of documented harassment and stalking against myself and others at any time I might need to file a protective order and sue her for ongoing harassment, libel and defamation.  I couldn't care less that you live in subsidized housing.
 
"so we had a nice discussion with the OC Sheriff"  You mean they told you there's nothing they can do, there have been no threats made, no stalking, no contact whatsoever.  Did you include that your mother has posted false reviews on one of my businesses, stalks our profiles and "likes" only anything negative she can find regardless of merit?   No, I'm sure you omitted that....  It is YOUR repugnant mother who starts drama then doesn't like the reactions.  The "woman" needs help!

Tell us Sydney, since you were a b*****d child why did you ever use the last name Rejniak, it's not your last name!  Not having a father I see why you married one, daddy issues much?  Not that I care, you're garbage I have never associated or fraternized with in the first place...  
 
I'm sure you think you're protecting your mother in some fashion, but, she starts it and if she doesn't like my REACTION, don't start the action.  It's that simple!  I will be happy to take out the trash if harassed or stalked in person or cyber stalking.  As I stated before to you, she's miserable, nefarious and pathetic, no one likes her!
