Sydney So Sweet continues to illegally use trademarks not their own to sell their rip-off versions of products. Said company continues to buy cheap junk from China, find popular brands, use the trademarks, photos, UPCS, and resources of those brands without any permission to make money.
Sydney So Sweet does so knowingly, as we have continually asked them to cease such activities, and now find ourselves having to serve them in the courts. Sydney So Sweet is confusing clients by making money off our brands, using our resources, our UPCS, our images, etc.. compromising our brand, our image, our guarantee, and confusing clients about what products they are getting from who.
