Fabricators or manipulators. When ever company's want to use deception here's what they will post for their customers as a STONE-FRONT LIE for you to buy. SYLVANE, INC. "Sylvane is committed to your shopping satisfaction, so we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on our products and a no-hassle return process.30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

As stated in our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product to us within 30 days and, upon approval, we will process your refund. The only cost you will incur is the cost of shipping your purchase back to us. To act on our guarantee policy, simply follow these steps." I purchased a Perfect Aire 10000 BTU Casement AC from the liars. The total amount of the purchase was $534.74.

The ac unit was $484.45, three year service warranty $$28.49, and tax $21.80. The unit was purchased on June 16, 2021 and arrived June 19, 2021. I decided to go with a more reliable brand and better SEER's and doing in-depth research. Therefore, I called Sylvance Inc. per their company policy to return the unit. The box was never opened for installment. A voice message was left on June 28, 2021 with a call back number. In addition to the voice message a follow-up email was sent on their website.

The company completely ignored the two communications and never responded. Therefore, another email was sent on June 29, 2021 and they still refused to acknowledge it. Prior to the purchased I was told that veterans could get a discount which gave me more of an incentive for the purchase. If it sounds too good to be true it is! It's easy for anyone to accept your money but you have to call the national guard to get it back. What this company are attempting to do is not to respond until after 30 days.
