Sylvester "Wojo" Wojtowicz Never paid me for the furniture he wanted to buy Peoria Arizona
In June 2021, Sylvester was the realtor who sold my home for me. Sylvester wanted to buy some of my furniture so he had it delivered to his home. He stated he would purchase the furniture from me for $800 at the COE. On June 29, 2021, Sylvester received an $18,000+ commission from selling my home. Even though he was paid a huge chunk of the $18,000, as of October 28, 2021, he has not paid me.
He has stated many times to me he would pay me the $800. Now he ignores any attempt of mine to contact him and he still has not paid me the $800 for my furniture! I feel his is a con-artist and liar. I recently learned he was evicted from the home he was renting for not paying his rent. Looking at the Maricopa Justice Court website, I can see his landlord was awarded a judgment of over $9,000.
I also found out he used my name as a personal reference for Presto Loans, using my name without my permission! Obviously he owes Presto some money too. I saw he sold a $700,000 home on September 19, 2021. He would have received close to a $28,000 commission from that sale & still he won't pay me $800 for my furniture?!!!!!! My advice is to stay way from this con man.
