Symantec Another Rebate Ripoff National Nationwide
Once again Symantec has refused to honor a rebate for Norton Antivirus. The process is always a hassle and in the great majority of cases, I get some excuse why the rebate was invalid even though I checked evrything twice. This seems to be common practice for Symantec. Rather than working on good customer service, they work to avoid paying their promissed rebates.
