Symantec mailed in all documents for rebates and received a card stating items missing Ripoff Cupertino California

For the second time I purchased Norton product. Internet Security 2004 and Anti Virus 2005. Both times I sent in all that was required for the rebate. Original reciepts, UPC codes cutoff the boxes and filled out rebate forms. Both times I received a card stating that they needed originals. Of course you cannot send back originals when you sent them in the first time. Needles to say I didn't get either rebate.
