About 3 hours ago we bought a norton antivirus 2012 for 3 computers.Had a hard time putting them on 2 of the computers ,then one of the computers stopped going on the intenet altogether.I called them for help and I was told I would have to pay for there help.I just payed $50.00 plus tax for the stupid thing.Im giving them until tomarrow than Im going to take the thing and drop it on the counter at the store and walk away and dispute the charges.It is un believable that such an expensive product does not offer support eve 3 hours after buying.going to try to uninstall the dumb thing and see if my computer works agin .The stupid guy there said theres something wrong with your computer. but it worked fin til i put the NEW norton on it .Did I mention it had last years verson ?So if something was wrong with my computer maybe it was because IT WASNT PROTECTED by the old version.
