hello my name is maria....ive been ripped off by NORTON 360.....i recently payed for a subscription of i believe 2 years or 3....i still have 322 days left as of now...but i was charged again on my checkings account???

i dont know why??...but i read about frauds on the norton 360.....so i just want my money back and i dont know if i should cancel my subscription?? im in total shock...this is the first time ive been rippedoff
