Last month I purchased the Norton 360 at Staples. I was told this is a great sypware and virus protector. Now a month later I cannot system restore to get my computer working like it was before this Norton 360 install. I had a computer greek come to my house to install this software.

The first week everything ran well and I got a report that 2 spyware had been quarantined. Now I can barely get from one page to the next on the internet. My computer shuts down many times a day and I want to throw this hard drive as well as norton 360 out the window. I called a computer geek and he told me to system restore back a month before I had Norton 360 installed and I cannot. When I do go on the web there are pop ups every where. Even I know that means I have a virus.

The lame excuse I got was that I go to bad sites prone to have spyware. Right it is my fault that I trusted the salesmen at Staples to sell me a good product and hire a geek to install the software. It is not my fault that this software is eating my hard drive and that i had a virus or two plus spyware that can even listen into my home. My husband and I were talking about my car today and suddenly I get three emails with car sales. This is too scary to put into words. Norton 360 is suppose to give free tech support but when I tried to get help with these issues I found it is fee based support. Help!!!!
