Norton is at it again.  I submitted a $45 rebate form complete with all required information.  They declared that they were "unable to honor the rebate because the original UPC barcode for the Norton 360 Version 3.0 was not received".


Fortunately I did have copies of all the items submitted. What they fail to tell you is that if you receive such a communication you can resubmit your claim with originals or copies of the items submitted. Unless you call the rebate hotline you do not get this information.
