purchased computer software with $20 rebate offer july 2002 submited rebate with all info requested..no response called rebate hotline & left my rebate info several times.

10/23/02 symantec contacted me said rebate will be sent within the week never received.

wrote e mails 3 seperate times no response march 11, 2003 sent certified letter return receipt to symantec's received signed recipte back however never received rebate or response to letter
