October 2006 tried updating failed, sent symantec a notice.
October 12, 2006 received auto-reply as an agent will contact within 2 3 days.
October 13, 2006 received a reply, attempted installation, tried phone number, failed sent email.
*The system appeared to be installed, but updates failed.

October 18, received a reply retried installation, failed.
October 18, 2006 received thank you for order.
October 18, 2006 received second thank you for order.
October 19, 2006 received survey, filled out with complaint and also sent to my email.

October 25, 2006 received an auto-reply
October 26, 2006 sent Symantec and self an email as to possible reason as to lack of support and / or download problems.
October 26, 2006 received a reply from Symantec with an incident tracking number, tech response stated within 24 hours, no reply at all.

November 2, 2006 sent Symantec and self email as to no reply from their auto-reply of Oct 26.
November 2, 2006 received an order reminder from Symantec.
November 2, 2006 sent Symantec a question as to when I would get technical support.

November 2, 2006 received an auto-reply from Symantec, tech would contact within 24 hours, never any tech call.
Retried to reinstall again and again (never kept dates).
November 10, 2006 sent Symantec an email for support.
November 12, 2006 received an email from symantec survey about order, sent to them and self that I never received any support and a review as to what I have tried. Never received any reply.

December 5, 2006 sent an email to symantec once again asking for assistance to resolve this.
December 6, 2006 received an email from symantec technical support.
December 6, 2006 sent symantec technical support email with questions.

December 8. 2006 received a reply from technical support that I am able to locate that you have successfully placed the order. And that Hence, in order to assist you better, please reply us with the current issue that you are experiencing and I will be glad to assist you further.

December 8, 2006 once again sent symantec technical support in detail my problems.
December 9, 2006 received an email from symantec technical support detailed instructions and how to resolve this issue, but it seems this person didn't read I had done and tried these steps.

December 9, 2006 sent symantec technical support once again questions and details as to what I have done as it seemed to me this person is not reading what I am sending.
December 9, 2006 received an email from symantec technical support which included detailed instructions and how to resolve this.
Sometime between Dec 9 and Dec 12 tried to reinstall, again doesn't run properly.

December 12, 2006 sent symantec technical support an email as to failure.
December 12, 2006 received an email from symantec technical support with detailed instructions and how to resolve this.
Sometime between Dec 12 and Dec 24 tried to reinstall, again doesn't run properly.

December 24, 2006 sent symantec technical support a failure notice.
December 25, 2006 once again received an email from symantec technical support detailed instructions as how to correct the problems.
Sometime between December 25, 2006 and January 5, 2007 tried reinstalling once again failure

January 5, 2007 sent email to symantec technical support as to failure.
Sent a couple more emails in January , one about a possible virus, didn't keep record, no reply.
