Symantec Rebate Ripoff Miami Florida
Symantec offered a $20 rebate for upgrading to their new software. They refused to honor my rebate request because I did not prove previous ownership, when they already have a company record of my previous ownership. It is also unreasonable to expect a consumer to have proof of previous purchase several years after the purchase was made.
