Recently was given the option of either renewing a Liveupdate subscription (12 months), specifically for "Norton Personal Firewall 2002" or upgrading to "Norton Personal Firewall 2004". Chose to upgrade for another reason.

Couple weeks later, Symantec drops Liveupdate subscription services for "Norton Personal Firewall 2002" and informs that upgrade to "Norton Personal Firewall 2004" is our only option. Does NOT compensate for money wasted on subscription fee.

I don't know happened above, but change the following:

"Chose to upgrade for another reason."

to:

"Chose to renew my subscription, versus upgrading."
