We bought a new GE smoothtop range from Van Vreedes in Oshkosh,WI. We were supposed to get a rebate check of $60 from symantec for delivery charges. After contacting them several times and reporting them to the better business bureau contact in Wisconsin we still have not received a rebate check. We also purchased a norton anit-virus disc from Best Buy of Appleton, Wisconsin. This rebate also came from symantec. We have not received a rebate check of $20 after repeatedly contacting them.
