Complaint Review: Synapse Communication Pvt. Ltd.

Dear IT Professional,

This company (Synapse Communication Pvt. Ltd.) has crossed all his limitation of unprofessional behavior. They treat there employees like a slave. The owner or so called CEO Shamit Khemka has lost his metal balance. He has opened this organization for his own entertainment. He not even abuse his employees in front of other employees...he also beat them. I don't know how this type of person even lives in this world. I am sure at least 1000 of people every day/every minute or every second must be praying to good to punish him. 

My intension of writing this complaint is not to intimate other, what exactly happening in this organization. But actually I would feel happy if I could save a single person to join this organization.

Highlights of this organization

1. They will ask you two sign a bond of two or more years.

2. They will ask you to give a blank check mentioning the amount only (no date).

3. Tell you to sign number of paper........

4. AND END OF THE DAY YOU NEED TO LANDED UP TO COURT

Once you signed the paper or given then the check......buddy you are lost. You can't leave the organization before bounding period , even if you feel you will pay the bound amount. If you are thinking this way then you would be probably making a huge mistake. They put no of allegation to unnecessary harass you for the same.
