86 year old women in Nursing home is being mailed multiple packages of cheap useless gifts. Radios, binoculars, reading lights, nights lights ect. When customer service is called someone in the Caribbean answers, and states that Mom ordered these things via her Capital One card. They are unable to fax us copies of the orders. These items are sent sent 4 or 5 at a time.

Mom is on a very, very limited budget. This is the second time this company has done this to my Mother. About one year ago this same company targeted Mom with "gifts", and told Mom she "must have forgotten that she ordered packages", and if she did not pay her credit would be harmed. Mom is very upset with this situation and every day another "gift" or two arrives. I have contacted the Georgia State Goverment, but meanwhile Mom is daily receiving these "gifts".

I have read about Synapse Group Magazine rip offs, and want to get out the word that Synapse also is targeting Seniors, and that Capital One Credit cards continues to carry on their monthly bill mailing a "flap" that must be removed and discarded or the gifts start to arrive. Capital One has been no help with this issue and claim not to even know who Synapse is. All help with this matter would accepted. Is anyone else having the same problem???? Group action is needed.
