i bought on ebay what i thought was a lap top back in feb. i didn't receive it until may so i had bought another. ted told me to return it and he'd give me a refund minus the shipping and handling. he never answers me email when i complain. i paid 222.50 through my pay pal but pay pal, ebay, and my bank said it was over 60 days and couldn't help me. i'm elderly and disabled and can't afford to take the loss of money. i've saved some of his emails (when he does email me back) and his comments are very rude.

what are you going to do to solve this problem. i perfer to get a refund. already bought a dell don't need you're incomplete laptop. i'm to old to figure it out. i have contacted many agencys about this problem and hope it will be resolved soon. why won't you just refund my money? you won't even answer me. i'm so sick of this it's been to long. i read you're feed back and a lot of the buyers say you're a fast shipper, well what the hell happened with me?
