I am a single mother of a child that has a learning disability. I applied for a personal loan with Sync Lending to help me get him in preschool.

A woman named Denise Washington called called me to tell me I was approved for a 5,000 loan but I had to put down 750.00 to get the loan. Not knowing much about loans and only being 20 years old and have bad credit this sounded to good to be true and in actuality it was.

I saved up the money for the loan for about a month. After getting the money even borrowing 250.00 from relatives I sent them the money by moneygram and sent all my personal information along with a contract that was e-mailed to me. I was told that I would get the loan the next day.

The next day came and went there was no money deposited in my bank account. I called them and talked to a lady named Rebecca that sounded a lot like Denise Washington, my loan consultant. She told me that the computers went down and there had been a slight delay and the money would be there the next day and if it wasn't I could get the 750.00 back.

The next day came and went the money was not there. I called them back and this time I was angry. Rebecca told me that something on my account was fradulant and that I would not be getting the loan. I told her she had better send me by 750.00 back and she said that I owed them some kind of insurance money and that she would have her lawyers contact me.

What the hell! They took my money and now they want insurance money. How could these people go around and do this to people. Eventhough I have a job 750.00 was all I had. I am not rich or even a little bit wealthy. I am poor and now will be on the virg of being homeless if I don't bounce back. I don't understand how they could get away with this.
