Terrible God awful phone and online messaging customer service from India with people that can barely speak or understand English. All we get is lies from Synchrony Bank/Amazon. We've had an Amazon business store card for 2 years 7 months, never been late or missed a payment ever.

Amazon/Synchrony Bank has now screwed up our credit and doesn't report our actual credit line to Experian or Transunion!

Both Experian and Transunion management have told us Amazon/Synchrony haven't reported our account to them!

We have emailed and called Amazon/Synchrony Bank several times and constantly get BS lies told to us over and over like a broken record. They say it will be fixed by X date and then that date comes and goes. We have TWO written letters from Amazon/Synchrony Bank saying this would be fixed (our credit line with them reported and shows up on Transunion and Experian) in 60 days and that was 31 DAYS ago!

Now a full 1/4 of an entire year has went by and there are so incompetent and care so little about their customers credit that they can't even report their accounts to all three major credit bureaus.

We're formally reporting and filing charges against them to the Texas Attorney General's office since we taped all the calls and have proof of there lies told to us by several reps. We've filed a formal complaint against them with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (www.consumerfinance.gov).

The last straw was 10 days ago on the phone we got a Synchrony supervisor named Marisa that works in their Kansas City office and she swore up and down that this would be fixed for us and by this Monday 2/16/15. NEVER happened. NOTHING!

You do everything right, and then you get treated like crap. It's sad Amazon got in bed with such a sleazy third rate place like Synchrony Bank (who also back Walmart cards).

YOU post in a PUBLIC forum YOU are going to have other CITIZENS commenting on YOUR issue. How much of a lack of life do YOU have wasting your time posting about something NO ONE can change? Cry us all a river buddy. ONE card is NOT going to fix YOUR credit issues. YOU have made assumptions as to what is going to build your credit. As evidenced by the FACT that YOU expected this card to change YOUR rateing. There is a correct way to do it and YOU can find it on the web.

I went through and read your tirade as well as your updates, and all I can really start off saying is that you come off as one big b**** who is throwing a temper tantrum that would rival some toddlers who don't get to play with their favorite toy.

As near as I can figure your main "complaint" is that they are not reporting your line of credit to the Credit Reporting Agencies.  So right off the bat your complaint looses any merrit, even without you going off the deep end.

You see there is not a single law or regulation that REQUIRES a creditor to report to the Credit Reporiting Agencies.  Yes, you will see that there are plently of laws the require a creditor to report ACCURATE information, but if they choose not to report at all they are totally within their rights.  Now, of course you can "ask" a creditor to report and if they do great.  But if they don't there is nothing illegal.  So you can write the Attorney General or the Man on the moon if you want.  Itwon't change the laws or force them to start reporting the line of credit.

So onto a few of your other "rants".

If you want to change how a company works....STOP using the company and tell them why.  These Online "petitions" are meaningless.  Why?  Because you are still a freekin' customer.  What incentive does a company have to change if you are still a customer?

You then go off on the number of complaints.  So there are approximatly 40(FOURTY) 1 star reviews.  So just how many clients do you think they have?  50, 60?  Going really low with all of the companies you mentioned probably well over 1 million.  So 40 vs. 1 Million...Ummm.  Oh and while a 3.0 rating isn't that great, it also isn't as horrible as you are making it out to be.

Perhaps the biggest problem with your report though is you basically telling people to fill up this person's voice mail wiith 5-10 minute "scream sessions" just like you did.   Why...because again remember your base complaint isn't even valid.

I will say this though, if you had this attitude in your position as a Fortune Exec it may very well explain why there is an "x" in front of it.

If you want things to change, contact your Representatives in Congress go lobby them to change the laws to require a company to report to a credit reporiting agency.  Just don't be suprised when you get to Washington that you are not welcomed with open arms.

Now, I expect you to come back with the same type of rants trying to discredit what I posted.  So I will just say if it makes you feel better go right ahead.  But in order to save you some time, NO I am not now or have I ever worked for this or any other company.

Oh by the way...in case you were wondering NO I am not going to stop using any of these companies because of your rant.

Synchrony Bank Consumer Affairs 1-800-419-5010 ext 416-7297

For all this is an UNLISTED backdoor number for Dawn at Synchrony Bank Consumer Affairs Department 1-800-419-5010 ext 416-7297. I only got them to call me (yes they called me 6 days in a row and left me voicemails) because I am a fairly big social media hitter with 130,000+ Twitter Followers and an x-Fortune executive. I know how to get big companies attention using social media and how to hit them hard where it hurts so they take action.

She works from 8am-4pm CST Mon-Fri in Nebraska and you can leave her super long (5-10 minutes) screaming mad voicemails like I did 24 hours a day. Leave your account number, name and phone number to get a call back from her. All the phone numbers for Amazon and Sychrony's publicly are completely a waste of your time and they get answered by useless third world country India CSR's.

If you want to take your frustration and pain out, then leave hundreds and thousands of voicemails at the above phone number.

Then copy/paste and repost this message and phone number on every blog, website, forum, Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, Digg, Reddit, Linkedin, Ripoffreport.com, www.yelp.com/biz/synchrony-bank-orlando, www.consumeraffairs.com/finance/ge_money_bank.html  or any other social media platform you can. Email it to others. Let your pain and misery be heard.

File complaints with local and national Chamber of Commerce, BBB and your state's Attorney General's office.

Synchrony Bank's tactics and world class horrible customer service is literally destroying the brand reputation and name recognition of some of the most well known brands in the U.S that they provide credit to such as Lowes, Walmart, Amazon Store card (@amazon @amazonhelp), PayPal, Dillard's (@dillardsstores), Care Credit, Lumber Liquidators, Old Navy, JC Penny, Discount Tire, d**k's Sporting Goods (@dicks), Banana Republic, GAP, Ashley Furniture (@ashleyhomestore), American Eagle (@aeo), Men's Wearhouse, TJ Maxx, Sam's Club, World Market, and Car Care One too name a few.

If you have any of these credit cards call/email/mail/fax these companies and tell them how bad you have been treated by Synchrony Bank.

You can message Synchrony Bank's executive team on Linkedin or Google them to find other ways to contact them directly, starting with CEO-Margaret Keane, Marc Chini, Henry Greig, Kurt Grossheim, Carol Juel, Mark Martinelli, Steve Min, Neerah Mehta, Tom Quindlen, Toni White, Paul Whynott, and Brian Doubles all should be ashamed and be held accountable by it's board of directors and company clients that they provide backend financing for.

How Synchrony Bank abuses customers of other companies needs to be exposed to the world. Also start Change.org petitions to get all those companies I mentioned to leave Synchrony Bank and get a new financing company to use. Unless we all stand up nothing changes or ever will.

Paula ghetto Synchrony Bank/Amazon supervisor

Well, I just got off the phone with Paula a U.S call center manager, I say U.S because 100% of Amazon/Synchrony Bank's CSR are based in India and they don't speak English for crap. When I said Synchrony Bank the lady said did you say Barclay's! WOW!

This ghetto Paula woman was dismissive, rude and totally what you would expect from Synchrony Bank/Amazon Store card customer service. She gave me the same BS and never once tried to help me. When I was getting very upset and frustrated she had the audacity to say in a condensing as hell way, "maybe your time frame expectations aren't realistic!"

I've had the freaking Amazon Store card for 2 years and 8 months in the next 5 days and they still haven't reported my tradeline to Experian or Transunion, so how's my expectations for wanting a credit card that my company has been late or missed a payment on.

I called Transunion and Experian both today wasting more of my valuable time, and Amazon/Synchrony Bank still haven't reported my tradeline to those two credit bureaus.

If you go to Yelp, (((link redacted))) you will see they have a truly pathetic 1.0 rating on 20 reviews and another 20+ almost 1 star reviews that Yelp filtered out. Even on Amazon's own website with over 11,000 reviews Synchrony Bank/Amazon Store Card has a terrible 3.0 rating out of 5.

I've also tweeted and Facebook commented several times to @SYFNews @AskSynchrony @amazon @amazonhelp and no one has replied back or messaged me. They totally ignore me and they could care less that I am there customer.
