Complaint Review: Synchrony Financial

On 2/28/2019 i submitted a payment for synchrony bank in the amount of $126. The system double billed me, resulting in a bank fee of $35.00 and a negative balance of $154.54. They had a week to fix this glaringly obvious issue, or notify me, but didn't do either. When I contacted them, they didn't want to correct the issue or admit that one had occurred.

I had to speak witha manager to get them to reimburse me for the original issue. That manager claimed they would have to issue the repayment by check, and that would take 7 days before even sending it.

That isn't even including the time it would take to recieve it. They adamantly resused to reimburse me for any fees I incurred on my bank account.
