I have heard of low life scum lawyers but I have never experienced one until I met Neil Bhartia and his firm Syndicate Legal. When I met Neil he gave me many false promises to trick me to sign the contract. I was in the middle of therapy still having pain in my knees when Neil made a settlement deal with the opposing insurance company without my permission. Neil contacted me and offered me an outrageousely low amount of settlement. I asked for the settlement agreement he refused to disclose that document. I contacted the insurance company. Insurance company gave me a settlement amount 4 times as much and told me they sent the check a week ago and it is cashed.
It is not hard enough to be traumatized by an accident then you have to deal with a predator like Neil Bhartia. Neil Bhartia stole my money and disappeared. I had to hire another lawyer to find him, sue him in the court while I can barely walk because of the accident. I lost my job and I might lose my house because of Neil Bhartia.
