I purchased this 2015 Infiniti QX80 on October 20, 2023, from Synergy Auto Deals, and received it on Saturday, October 28, 2023. I have been unable to drive the vehicle because of its poor condition. First and foremost, the sales manager Mr. Deralus promised me that I would receive the car vehicle mechanically sound, with interior, and exterior above normal “mint condition,” and the dealership staff claimed to have done a full inspection and promised that the car I was buying was in great shape.   It was imperative that we had that conversation before I purchased it because I have an elderly member in our family, who is disabled and needs around-the-clock assistance, therefore, we could not drive down to Florida to see the vehicle or the test drive so he promised that everything would be running nice a very nice car and I would be happy. Upon the arrival and unloading of the car, I noticed at first glance that there was an overwhelming number of scratches and dents all over the body of the car.

The delivery transportation guy at first argued with me that I had to pay him for delivering the car and I had to call the dealership office and speak to the staff to resolve the issue as I had already paid in advance for that service. The vehicle tires were in poor condition, and one was flat. The transportation guy had to jump the vehicle and maneuver the key fob which connects to the automatic push button to start the car. The fob battery was dead, so the guy showed me how to hold the fob close to the start button in order for it to start. I drove the car down the road, and it ran out of gas. I could not believe what I was experiencing. I could not believe anybody would have shipped a car with that many things being wrong, especially a $16,000 vehicle. Instead of me being excited I had nothing but anxiety and sadness. The day of delivery was hot, and the car air conditioning did not work, the engine was running sluggish with multiple warning lights on including the check engine light that was on. I immediately called the dealership and got the runaround, and the sales manager refused to talk to me or call me.

Not only did they deceive me into believing that I purchased a quality vehicle, but they coerced me into signing an e-contract with multiple buy-as-is languages excluding the dealership from fraudulent activity, all alone lying to me to mislead me into giving them $16,600.00 cash for a car that had multiple engine issues, an overwhelming amount of scratches and dents all over the body of the car and interior dirty.  As of this date, I have paid over $5,000 for repairs and services and have not been able to drive the car because it has been in the shop.

Do not trust this dealership - Run!

Here's what YOU come here to admit to the whole world! QUITE HILARIOUS actually! You no doubt wanted a car which would run, last awhile and provide good service. How you go about this is YOU send off your money to somebody YOU DON'T KNOW. to buy some used car you've NEVER seen; NEVER test driven, NEVER checked for body fit, body damage or body finish; NEVER heard the engine run, NEVER felt the transmission shift; NEVER checked proper operation of all accessories; NEVER experienced braking; NEVER checked for broken glass.Your level of "common sense" was to rely on pictures on a computer screen (which you have no clue as to if they were of the same car), a voice on a phone and words on a computer screen. If they claimed this thing was in such great condition, why didn't they offer you a warranty? Yes sir, this is the high level of COMMON SENSE you used to WASTE your money! Now you come here to cry, whine, stomp your feet and throw a tantrum because YOU FAILED to use COMMON SENSE and now you have a great big expensive piece of junk. Don't waste your time writing back about the "virtues of trust" because anybody with half a brain knows you can only trust someone you have a track record with. Perhaps you should seek professional psychiatric help and see if they can help you develop COMMON SENSE since its quite obvious you have extremely little! ABSOLUTELY, POSIVELY INCREDIBLE!!!
