I submitted an auto loan application through Lending Tree online. First they initially offered a 4.49 percent interest rate. They then pulled a wrong credit report and refused to offer a loan. When I called to try and get the underwriter to pull a correct report they basically said to bad.
They float a teaser rate then try and stick you with a userous interest rate under the guise of "credit history information".
Save yourself the trouble and go to a local bank. The only thing you accomplish with these clowns is they tag your credit reports with useless inquiries.
