I read an ad on the newspaper than says "become a manger in 6 weeks, free training" that sounded nice, so i called them and i got an interview in the same day, went over there and everyone was nice and upbeat but there was no computers and all the furniture was cheap when the interview came up it took like 10 minutes. They said we will call you at 5:00 pm to see if you got the second interview so they did and i got the second interview.
The second interview is where you're in room with like 20 people and the regional manger(Evan) talks about the company not to mention he is obnoxious and talks really fast, so here we are taking and notes and feeling pretty excited because you make 30,000 your first year from what they say. It took like 3 hours for the interview to be over they list off the names that got the job there were 10 people me including.
I got the job iam excited, when i got home i went to there cheap little website
and find the name of the product Observe L'essence so i googled that product find this website in which people had the same experience but they lived in the east coast.

So last summer i responded to an ad in the local newspaper for office help. Just like everybody else i got an interview and a second interview and i was a sucker and PREGNANT! and wanted to work. So they promise you your own office in 6 weeks and 30,000 a year starting. YEAH RIGHT!!!!!! My experience there was AWFULL!!!!!!
so the first two days you show up at 845 in the morning taking notes all day until about 2 pm. Afterwards and everyday after that you start at 8 in the morning and by noon they load up cars filled with employees and their cheap perfume to sell on the streets of different cities all over they bay area! I personally was all over san jose, mountain view, redwood city,gilroy, campell and oakland. There is NO paycheck and the way you make your money is that you sell the perfume on the street for whatever you can, but nothing lower than 20 dollars because that money is what pays liz and evan! They are not just business partners but also a couple which they also don tell you! So you go out everyday and there is a meet up time where you meet up at the office turn in your cash and get more bottles. This is usually around 6 or 7 pm. The same thing happens all week. HOWEVER things are a little different on fridays because on fridays they send out "fun cars" which basically means you take a whole lot of perfume and go out of town for the weekend to sell this cheap perfume! I went every weekend i was there for 3 months! I went to madera, fresno, merced, vallejo, los banos on the weekends. You pay for your hotel by selling perfume bottles! And the way you get promoted to your own office is by selling a certain amount of bottles! not by training for 6 weeks.
BOTTOM LINE.....this is a scam and something needs to be done because im sure soliciting on the streets with an imitation product is not legall!

we were almost arrested by the local police for this! several times because you need a permit to sell on the streets and most of them thought we were prostitutes! SAD

They are for the same company which is a distributor of Scentura Creations. They recruit you, impressionable people to peddle knock-off perfume on the streets. Please see ripoffreport link for more info:

The office help is part of your Branch Manager training program where you are paid on commission based sales from the $28 perfume bottles you sell. You are paid in cash and no taxes are paid, no actual paycheck or 1009. They lie and mislead you and do not tell you about selling on the street. There is always a contest on your first day and they encourage you to sell to FFAR (friends, Family and Relatives).
They use these tactics every week over and over again to make their money.
