I am a mortgage lender who has done business with this company in the past. The owners of this company were doctoring credit reports in order to get otherwise unqualified borrowers loans that should not have been in.
this company is a "boiler room" type operation and is being investigated by the FBI. Stay away from them, lenders and borrowers, alike.

Apart from being wholly innaccurate, this accusation comes from a mortgage lender that went out of business suddenly in early 2007.
Whatever "boiler room" can be construed to imply, it should be understood that Synergy Financial has been in business since 2005, and has excellent working relationships with our many major banks/lenders to the present day.
Synergy Financial has had, as of this writing, no complaints with the better business bureau, and operates a company commited to fair and honest lending.
No fraudulent activites originated from, or took place within, the offices of Synergy Financial.
