Complaint Review: synergy pro marketing/consulting

Synergy scammed us out of $4850.00!! They promise you everything and deliver on nothing.  Like others that I read about, we applied and was accepted.  Told of the amount but we waited until after income tax return and called them back. We put 1500 down and the rest we owe to Duvera Financial. We are making payments on it still.

  We don't even have contact with them.  They took the money and ran.  They are a grant coaching company.  We have been involved with them for 6 months and get this we have yet to apply for a grant!  They don't return calls or emails. The experience was a complete joke and VERY unprofessional. I wished there was more online about them before we gave them a small fortune (for doing nothing).

  At this point IF they even would contact us, I have no respect for the company and wouldn't work with them.  The last call I had with the head coach, he even said that they "dropped the ball with us".  I never heard from him again. I want reimbursed then I would correct anything that I said about them.  They have a chance to make it right. They even admited they did wrong by us.
