Synergy Proconsulting ripoff charges after canceling account St George Utah
I cancelled my account with this company one week before the next monthly subscription charge was due. I had to contact them 5 times just to insure it was cancelled. I cancelled it due to difficulties logging in and having to call anytime I wanted to log in to my account because it kept saying it wasn't active. 4 weeks after the next subscription payment was due after cancellation they randomly charged my card for another subscription and after multiple contacts have not removed the authorization on my card.

We have contacted Tara and have resolved her complaint to her satisfaction.
She said that she had notified Rip Off Report in December 2006 letting them know that this complaint has been resolved.
