Synergy Project Management misplaced signs blatant denial of misatke damage San Francisco California
On July 5, 2008 I was driving in North Beach heading west at the 500 block of Broadway when approaching Columbus I head a loud scrape across my side panel. When I checked it out my car had scraped against a construction sign that had been knocked over on its said and sticking blindly out in traffic. After viewing the damage, I flagged down a motorcycle cop who informed me that the site belonged to Synergy Project Management and it was their fault for leaving the signs out and in traffic.
When I contacted Synergy Project Management I was requested to get an estimate on the damages. After I returned the estimates, the owner told me that he would not pay for the damage since it was probable that I was drunk while driving (this came via email). I checked out Synergy Project Management who had numerous complaints and law suits against them from similar instances. When I checked with the city of San Francisco, they confirmed what the cop told me, that it was Synergy Project Managements fault. I checked the city permit department and the only company permitted to work there is Synergy. I have several witnesses and pictures to confirm their negligence. I can't afford to pay for the damage myself and feel that since Synergy was responsible, they should have to pay.
