Systemax computers ripoff, 1 year guaranteed warranty is not granted!
If you purchase a Systemax computer, not only will you have an expensive lemon on your hands, the 1 year guaranteed warranty is not granted! You can ask for your money back, or have your computer repaired- mailing it to them at your cost ($50.00 and up) but they won't service it, nor refund one penny of your money! Better Business Bureau can't touch them because they claim they looked at your computer and there was nothing wrong with it while in their hands. We reported 16 complaints, 9 of them major...their product and service is junk. Please do not purchase or endorse their computer products, they will rip you off and laugh all the way to the bank!
