Systemax is a parent company of  Global Industrial.  There are 24 complaints closed with Better Business Bureau in the last 3 years, with 6 closed in the last 12 months.

I ordered the Big D Odor Control Fogger (item #B666898) from globalindustrial.ca, and paid for it on June 13th 2014. The item was never delivered to my door.

I was led to believe I was ordering from a Canadian site, and the product would be delivered within Canada. Instead, it took two weeks to have it delivered by UPS to a Canadian shipping address, which was then picked up by Canada Post and delivered to an address in Missisauga, Ontario, Canada.

I live in Toronto, and my correct address was given, however the package never arrived. Canada Post pointed the finger at globalindustrial.com with which globalindustrial.ca is affliated. I called and wrote emails to globalindustrial at: sales@globalindustrial.ca and 1.888.645.2986. Each time they reassured me that they would get to the bottom of it.

It is six weeks later and no one knows where the package ended up. I asked for a refund on July 25th 2014, and they said they would credit my VISA. However, globalindustrial.ca and their distribution center - globalindustrial.com - is a disorganized mess and gives poor customer service. They are not trustworthy as the 24 BBB complaints reflect. As well, the globalindustrial.CA website is deceitful in having customers believe the products are being delivered from within Canada.
