Complaint Review: Systems Protect Home Warranty

Systems Protect Home Warranty ,Home Sure Services ,AC needed coils replaces and company that was sent out said it was dirty and wouldn't do it. I send proof that I had it cleaned a year ago and they still will not fix this problem because their co. said it was "dirty". Glendale AZ Arizona

After the above I faxed last years receipt and also e-mailed it to them.  Every time I called they said it was being reviewed. 

After a month and a half they told me that my claim was closed.  If I wanted to place another claim I would have to pay again but they would not said it would be fixed because the company said it was dirty.  This warranty company didn't even consider that I had it serviced last year.
