We called the warranty company on Thursday morning Dec. 9th, 2010. They had a service person out here on that same day. HOWEVER-we have been getting the run around ever since! We call 3 times a day-we get no responses back. We have no heat now for 6 days, we are no closer to getting heat. We are cold, tired and frustrated! THe company that is putting in the furnace is worried about getting MY HOUSE dirty! What a bunch of crooks! We have no respect for them and we are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! Sandi Finn is listed as the president of this company-I hope Sandi is ashamed of this company!!!
