Systweak Fake assistance popup software Internet

Unwanted popup from Systweak showed up on my screen telling me I needed Windows PC Repair.  One of the "satisfied customers" in the Comments section wrote "Finally found something to fix my dll problem! Thanks a lot".  His name is listed as Arnon Rambaldo.  Person of the same name in LinkedIn (Arnon Laurelli Rambaldo) is listed as a System Support Executive at Systweak.  Is he reviewing his own product? It looks unusual at the least to me.  Leave my computer alone!
