Complaint Review: Systweak

Systweak I purchased Systweak the 30th of March., until May 28th I had on line support 6 times with no results. I then hired another company which worked on my computer 1 day after Systweak did, and the found a number of threats, 2 viruses and a hacker. I called Systweak and asked for a refund. After a long debate they finally agreed, but never refunded the money. I am goin g to my bank tomorrow and file fraud charges. Internet

 I purchased Systweak computer clean up service on March 30th of 2014.

My computer was running very slow. The worked on it by remote with no results. In fact between the purchase date and cacellation I had on line support 6 times. I cancelled and asked for a refund on May 29th after hiring another company.

1 day after Systweak worked on my computer they took over and found a large number of threats, 2 viruses nad a hacker.

I called Systweak, explained what I had just discovered and asked for a refund.

The debate lasted over 20 minutes, with them telling me that some of these things were really no threat. I then asked, weather they're a threat or not, how did you miss all those things? I even offered to sent a copy of the report from the microsoft technician as to what he found,, and they ddeclined.

Long story short, they finally agreed to a refund telling me it would take about 7 busness days.

Of course there never was a refund, and I'm taking all the documention to my bank to file fraud charges.

 I wish to update my reoprt of fraud to refund granted.

After going to the bank with proof of poor workmanship, Systweak agredd to refund my money.

Just received email confirmation of refund.
