Complaint Review: SytemMax Inc (Value America)

I had purchased a computer via the television and this company has given me a hard time since not to mention costing me money that I didn't have to waste. I had saved my money for three years and investigated what type of product I wanted to purchase and this seemed to be the deal of a lifetime. Well I was wrong! After many calls to their tech support and them not sending me the right system discs to correct any problems, which were not fixable. I had my son, who came home from service after two years, look at my computer and he said that the components in it were 5-10 years old. He then took it to Office Max and they verified his findings.
