Complaint Review: Syzygy Company

I ordered a little over $100 in USB joysticks from Syzygy on May 18th.  I noticed some items on the website were listed as out of stock, but that the items I ordered were not indicated as such.  I assumed that meant they were in-stock.  Nothing indicated otherwise.   Processing time was indicated as 3 to 5 days.  

On June 11th I contacted Syzygy via email and indicated I had not received any product and requested a refund.  I received a response that they would look into it.  No refund was issued.

I contacted them again on 12/14/15 regarding this matter.
