Complaint Review: Town & Country Realty

Teresa Snyder, Owner/operator of T&C Realty in Klamath Falls Oregon is illegally forging contracts, and inducing penalties onto tenants for unreasonable reasons. I will be the 14th person to personally file a civil case against this company and person, but she doesn't seem to get the message.

I am currently looking for ways to involve landlord tenant law so that this becomes a criminal case, but i would like others to know what kind of person this is before having to deal with her.

We currently pay $1125 a month in rent, and an additional $850 in fees every month that we did not agree to, yet has been spliced into our contract, with our signatures plainly forged, our names arn't even spelled correctly! Currently there is even a Lawyer in town who is making a living off of just suing this company alone.
