Complaint Review: T.D. Bank

I applied for 2 mortgages. I have excellent credit and income.  I applied in early June 2012,by the deadline of Sept 17th (rate lock expired) this institution has requested the same information from me 6 times. The people do not return phone calls, emails or letters. Its a dark void. I dont believe they have any intention of making loans.  I think they take the applications because they have to. Waste of time and totally unprofessional.  I have alot of money(in my opinion) in this bank and stock brokerage. I will be removing both as I think this firm is totally incompetent
