This company sends you a check along with a letter in a plan envelope, you call this number and ask to speak to Mary Johnson or George Bolton, the number it turns out is a cell phone. After opening a bank account and depositing the check I called Mary and told her, she wanted me to withdraw $3750.00 right away and she would give me instructions on where to send the taxes, she said I needed to do this right away so that she could release my check for $450,000.00, I told her I couldn't because the bank put a 10 day hold on it. Well after a few days I called to check the balance on the account and boy was I shocked to hear it was $888,888.88 overdrawn, I called the bank to hear them tell me the check was bad. I then called Mary to tell her about it and boy did she act like she was really concerned, she put me on hold and then disconnected us, I tried calling back several times but no one anwsered. I'm quiet sure they have caller ID, so she knows my number by now. Please be very careful with this. I'm really happy my bank didn't let me take any money out.

Thank goodness you didn't spend any of the money! But like my title states, I really hoped you learned your lesson. Lotteries don't work like that; you never have to pay to receive your prize, taxes are taken directly from the winnings. They would never send you a check to deposit just to send it back. Besides, did you enter this lottery? Where's your ticket?
There's no such thing as random e-mail lotteries or winning a lottery you didn't enter.
If in doubt check out the Missouri Lottery website.
Close the account a.s.a.p. There's no lottery or prize issued by this company.
Also note that international lotteries are illegal.

I thought I would try reaching my freind Mary again today, to my surprise she anwsered the phone, and her response was, she was handling the investigation regarding the bad check I received, and she even had the nerve to ask if I could get the $3750.00 to pay for the taxes so that she could release my check for $450,000.00, I thought this woman has got to be crazy.Of course again she put me on hold like she was so busy telling me she was in meetings all day yesterday, again she never came back to the phone.
