Complaint Review: T-Gone Remedies

I can't get a refund or any reponse from T-Gone Remedies.

I purchased T-Gone Noise Damage & T-Gone Sinus Max remedies from T-Gone Remedies in April. They are an all natural remedy for tinnitus (ringing in the ears) backed by a 100% money back guarantee. After a couple of weeks of taking the product as directed, my symptoms became louder and more persistent.

I emailed for Ellen at T-Gone on 5/11/11 for advice and got no response, so I called her on 5/19/11. At that time I was told that the product was too strong for my system & to cut the dosage in half and to call her back in 5 days to let her know my progress. 

I called her back within a week & explained that the noise in my ears was back at the level that I started with, but it was more persistent. She told me to continue taking the product for 90 days. I also followed a lot of the tips that they had in their booklet that I received when I purchased their product.

After 90 days of taking the product, I still felt no relief from my tinnitus. I called Ellen at T-Gone & she told me to return the unused portion & the empty containers. I returned it via Fed Ex & it was signed for by BRAU on 8/03/11. I have followed up with several phone calls & emails to Alexis, Customer Care  & Ellen to no avail. Nobody will respond or acknowledge them.
