Complaint Review: T-Mobil

Rebates,Be aware that it won't be easy to get the Rebate reward with this Company, they usualy offer many thing to get new customers But what happen to me after two letters and several phone conversations wasting my time, I realize that they at the end decide not to honor the Rebate

I got one phone Model and later I have to change it for another one and change the number also then I sent the Rebate form, well after three months and several phone conversation somebody was able to tell me that they won't pay the Rebate because I supose to missed the date to submit it

Why? why? they don't explain this in the FIRST letter in very plain English and then we don't take the time to call, wait etc, etc.
