I purchased my blackberry phone at a kiosk @ Desert Sky mall in Phoenix, Az on March 1, 3 days later I started to have a problem with the sims card, they replace the sims card twice, I was still having problems with the phone. I was told by Esteves (mgr) that he would bring another phone from Tucson, Az and we could pick the new one in three days.

Three days go by no phone call. tried calling the kiosk Esteves (mgr) was never in, fast forward to March 27, no new phone, called corporate offices in Phoenix and nationally and was told I was out of my grace period. After playing phone tag I was told with "attitude" that I could pick up a new phone in a different city and that they could not transfer or mail out the phone to the mall closer to my home.

It all sounds good while they are sell you on the phones and plans, But if a problem arises they have no time to try and resolve it.
